4CH: un progetto per sviluppare le applicazioni e le competenze digitali per la gestione del patrimonio culturale

The paper describes the European project 4CH – Competence Centre for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, coordinated by INFN – National Institute of Nuclear Physics through its laboratory network CHNet, will set up a Centre that will make scientific and digital technologies available for conservation and restoration, in particular 3D modelling. Such methodologies and technologies, including standards and good practices, will be documented and provided on a digital knowledge base. The Competence Centre will be the hub of a network of national Centres, and together they will contribute to the digital transformation of the cultural heritage sector.
