Submission Preparation Checklist

When submitting a proposal, authors must ensure that the following requirements are met. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being rejected.

The work has not been published previously, nor submitted to another journal (in case the Author wishes to submit a published work nonetheless, he/she must add a detailed statement in the notes)
The work is submitted as an ODT, DOC, DOCX
URLs have been provided for the references in the text, where possible
The submitted text is compliant with the style and bibliographical guidelines for Authors, published below.

Author Guidelines

Authors shall follow the provisions of the Journal Guidelines for Authors for citations, bibliography, file extension and text formatting.

Essays

In this section we publish peer-reviewed scientific contributions. The articles present a well-argued thesis with precise references to sources, information and data, presented analytically with clarity and scientific and lexical accuracy.

In this section, articles range from 10 to 20 pages of 1,800 characters including spaces (approximately 2,500 to 5,000 words).

Projects

In this section we publish peer-reviewed scientific contributions. The articles describe a recent or ongoing study or research project, accompanied by relevant references to sources, information and data, with clarity and scientific and lexical accuracy.

In this section, articles range from 10 to 15 pages of 1,800 characters including spaces (approximately 2,500 to 4,000 words).

Documents and discussions

In this section we publish peer-reviewed scientific contributions.

The articles present a critical perspective or a well-argued debate supported by sources, information and data, with clarity and scientific and lexical accuracy.

In this section, articles range from 10 to 15 pages of 1,800 characters including spaces (approximately 2,500 to 4,000 words).

Events and Notices

In the Events and Notices section, published scientific contributions are not subject to peer review. This section is dedicated to reporting recent, ongoing or upcoming events, presented with appropriate references and accompanied by key information of interest to readers.

In this section, articles are around 3-5 pages long, with 1,800 characters including spaces (between 700 and 1,200 words approximately).

The Authors publishing their contributions on this journal agree to the following conditions:

The Authors detain intellectual property rights of their work and transfer the right of first publication of the work to the journal, under the following Licence: Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Italy (CC BY-SA 3.0 IT). This Licence allows third parties to share the work by attributing it to the Authors and clarifying that the work has been first published on this journal.
Authors can sign other, non-exclusive licence agreements for the dissemination of the published word (e.g. to deposit it in an institutional archive or publish it in a monography), provided that they state that the work has been first published on this journal.
