Giornata di studio “REICAT: contenuti, applicazione, elementi di confronto”

I l 18 febbraio scorso si è svolta presso la Biblioteca nazionale centrale di Roma (BNCRM) una giornata di studio sul nuovo codice nazionale di catalogazione REICAT(Regole italiane di catalogazione) 1 , organizzata dalla Direzione generale per le biblioteche, gli istituti culturali e il diritto d’autore, dall’Istituto centrale per il catalogo unico delle biblioteche italiane (ICCU) e dalla Commissione permanente per l’aggiornamento delle RICA (Regole Italiane di
Catalogazione). La giornata si è risolta, senza ombra di dubbio, in un grande successo. L’affluenza di pubblico infatti è stata notevolissima. Fin dalla mattina, ben prima che il direttore della BNCRM, Osvaldo Avallone, prendesse la parola per salutare pubblico e partecipanti ai lavori, tutti i posti a sedere della sala conferenze della Biblioteca (350 posti circa)
