Dopo i Rapporti di settore, il Rapporto congiunto e il Protocollo d’intesa sulle linee guida per la conduzione di ricerche accurate sulle opere orfane, pubblicato nel numero 2 del 2008,presentiamo in questo numero la Relazione finale del 4 giugno 2008 che il Sottogruppo per il diritto d’autore ha elaborato quale ampia sintesi dei temi trattati analiticamente dagli esperti nei rapporti di settore.
Alla Relazione sono allegate 7 Appendici, alle quali si rimanda perché consultabili dall’indirizzo Web http://ec.europa.eu/information_society/activities/digital_libraries/experts/hleg/meetings/index_en.htm. Contiamo di pubblicare le
traduzioni di questi documenti nei prossimi numeri di «DigItalia».
