A lot of different didactical activities in schools and in detection centres, have been created after the activation of digitalization project of the documentary sources of the First World War belonging to the Istituto per la Storia del Risorgimento and after the creation of the web portal 14-18 – Documenti e immagini della grande guerra. These activities can be divided into two areas: the first is the one related to re-elaboration of the digital issue on the web site by students and convicts; the second one consists in the realization of new bias created by computing and digitizing archives directly and by organizing the first descriptive metadata. We aimed to focus the “digital making”. All these digital, web and “virtual” activities reached in this way a huge new social value.Downloads
