Abstract

The Voynich manuscript is the most mysterious and esoteric cipher in the world. It is a small manuscript that carbon-14 analysis dates from the fifteenth century. What transformed it into a cult text is certainly the language used, unknown and in all probability encrypted. In 2020 I created a work called Super Hu.Fo* Voynich that involves the arbitrary translation of a part of code useful to train a neural network and force the rest of the manuscript through machine learning and artificial intelligence. Falsifying the outcome of the calculation from the start. The artistic research culminates in a video starring a little girl, symbol of magical-irrational thinking, connected to the creative side and intuition.
